Forged steel flange gate valveproduct overview:
Forged steel flange gate valve is suitable forClass150～2500LBWorking temperature-29～425℃(Carbon steel) or -29～500℃On small-diameter pipelines made of stainless steel, it is used to cut off or connect media in the pipeline. Different materials are selected and can be applied to various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea, etc. It is widely used in oil pipelines.
Working principle of forged steel flange gate valve:
There are three types of body cover connection designs for forged steel flange gate valves. The first type is the forged steel gate valve connected by the body cover bolt. The valve designed according to this connection form has a bolted connection between the valve body and the valve cover, and a wrapped gasket seal, which has the advantage of being easy to maintain. The second type of welded connection forged steel gate valve is designed according to this connection form. The valve body and valve cover are fully welded and sealed, with the advantage of no external leakage. The third type is a pressure self tightening forged steel gate valve with a valve cover. Valves designed in this connection form have a threaded connection between the valve body and the valve cover, and are sealed with an internal pressure self sealing ring. The advantage is that the higher the internal pressure, the better the sealing performance.
Product features of forged steel flange gate valve:
Adopting a pressure self tightening seal, the valve body branch pipe is welded at both ends.
The sealing surface of the valve seat and valve disc is made of cobalt based hard alloy plasma spray welding, which has good wear resistance and abrasion resistance.
The valve stem has undergone anti-corrosion nitriding treatment, which provides good corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.

Ordering Notice:
1. If the customer has special requirements for the product, the following instructions must be provided in the order contract:
a. Structural length;
b. Connection form;
c. Nominal diameter;
d. Product usage medium, temperature, and pressure range;
e. Testing, inspection standards, and other requirements.
2. Our factory can configure various driving devices according to specific customer requirements.
3. When the customer provides the determined valve type and model, the customer should correctly explain the meaning and requirements of the model, and sign the contract under the condition of mutual understanding between the supply and demand parties.
4. Futures and ordering customers are requested to first call and provide detailed information on the required valve model, specifications, quantity, delivery time, and location. And 30% of the total contract amount shall be prepaid, and the supplier shall prepare materials for production.
